A skilled, adaptable, and productive workforce—both now and in the future—is essential to sustain growth and support families and communities.

This session will explore the role of quality child care and early learning in workforce development, highlighting why these investments are even more critical during periods of economic uncertainty.

Stephen McNeil speaking on the power of a fully integrated public junior kindergarten program for four year olds.
